Released towards the end of my first stint as a comics fan, Marvel UK’s Havoc felt like their answer to 2000AD to 13-year-old me, albeit it with US strips instead of British ones. Harder-edged and more action packed it was unlike anything I’d ever read before. My friends (including 2000AD fans) agreed. It was an incredible read for the summer holidays of 1991. Then it all just… stopped. Below I introduce you to Havoc, a much-loved title to this day judging by feedback from blog readers, then you can read reviews for all nine issues and there’s even an extra feature. Enjoy. I did.
