Released towards the end of my first stint as a comics fan, Marvel UK’s Havoc felt like their answer to 2000AD for 13-year-old me, albeit it with US strips instead of British ones. Harder-edged and more action packed it was unlike anything I’d ever read before. My friends (including 2000AD fans) agreed. It was an incredible read for the summer holidays of 1991. Then it all just… stopped. Below, I introduce you to a comic that’s much-loved to this day judging by the feedback from blog readers on socials, then you can read reviews for all nine issues and even an extra feature. Enjoy. I did.
