One fateful birthday night during 1992’s festive season I settled down with my mum to watch the big blockbuster movie on TV. I would forever be a fan of this movie franchise after that night. Terrified yet completely enthralled by the fantastic characters, James Cameron‘s Aliens had me hooked and now, decades later, I’m finally getting my hands on Dark Horse International‘s UK version of their famous comic. It was obviously aimed at mature readers, which will be a first for the blog. I’m eager to get stuck into the larger-than-life universe that has sprung up around this film and see what the fuss my school friend’s made over this comic was all about.
