Created as a one-off character for Marvel UK’s Transformers Death’s Head enjoyed a meteoric rise, returning to the comic in epic, important stories before spinning off into his own monthly via Doctor Who and Dragon’s Claws. I only bought the first issue as a child but it was so memorable I’ve returned all these years later to see what I missed out on.
