Coming up in a few days on the #blog is the all-American issue of #OiNKcomic, with a snazzy new colouring of the famous piggy pink logo. There's a feature film spoof starring a giant ape-pig, some big news for Hadrian Vile, a new writer appears in #OiNK for the first time and in just half a page Mr Big Nose sums up the very soul of the US of A.

32 years ago today in #Transformers the cover wasn’t just a funny representation of the strip inside, it’s quite literally the whole story. Such a shame, as #Starscream and the #Insecticons were fan favourites but after some excellent stories recently the UK strip is back to bad comedy. A promising start to the tale but the ending (depicted on the cover) is just stupid. Much better are the two US strips, with the #GIJoe crossover really building steam!

The @spittingimages Workshop collaborated with #OiNKcomic back in 1987 for The OiNK Awards, in which the young readers voted for the World's Worst/Ugliest/Worst Dressed/Most Annoying etc. You can check out this who's-who of #80s culture 🤣in the latest #comicreview on the blog. 🥇🐽 (Link in my bio, OiNK.blog)

Who wants to receive photos of picturesque beaches or mountaintops when you could receive these #OiNKcomic #postcards from your loved ones and have no idea what their holiday actually looks like! The free gift from the latest #OiNK from 35 years ago (a gift which I'm guessing would be lost on today's kids).
